Attend as many classes as you like throughout the 40 days—build your practice and strengthen your body.
We'll read and discuss a book together to inspire growth and transformation (book not included).
Join our supportive community with weekly prompts and encouragement from fellow challengers.
Connect live in the studio or on Zoom every Thursday at 7:15 P.M. for group support and accountability.
Together, we'll spend 40 consecutive days saying YES to ourselves, our health, and our happiness.

This program will be led by Alanna and Abby
Alanna is a 500-hour RYT and the owner of Haven Yoga. Her hope is that every student who walks through Haven's doors feels supported, seen, and inspired to grow in their own practice.
Abby is a soon-to-be graduate of our 200-hour YTT. Abby believes yoga is so much more than movement; it is a path to grounding, growth, joy, and perspective.
